Know what you are buying.
Is the demonstration a real customer incident?
No. It is a recorded run against a synthetic booking app. The evidence page states what ran, where it ran and how recovery was performed. It does not establish reliability across unknown customer apps.
Does AI fix everything automatically?
No. A coding agent can assist an operator. A proposed change must reproduce the failure, pass the relevant checks and be reviewed. If the cause or fix is uncertain, we report that uncertainty. Your team approves production changes.
What do you need from us?
A supported app, permission to check it, synthetic test data and a way to independently confirm the saved result. Access is scoped during setup. Never email secrets, real customer data or payment details.
How often does it check?
Frequency and delivery environment are agreed for your app before payment. The public free page checker is a separate daily HTTP/text check with a five-check limit; it does not run the browser pilot.
What if you cannot deliver the agreed service?
No subscription starts if the baseline cannot be made to work. Any ongoing service uses the written scope and existing terms; extra work is agreed separately.
