1. Information we collect
For free checks and enquiries, Longkeep collects the company name, email address, target app URL and the requested check. For Naminoma product use requests, we collect the selected product, contact email, optional company or organization name, optional note, page path and language so we can follow up when the relevant offer is ready. After service starts, we record page response status, check time, response time, error details and a non-reversible content fingerprint. We do not store the page body itself. For Kaiko Assist marketing measurement, we record only the Kaiko page path, event type, referring domain and optional campaign parameter. This Kaiko measurement does not use a tracking cookie and does not include a name or email address.
2. How we use it
We use this information to respond to free checks, provide scheduled monitoring, send incident alerts, prepare monthly reports, communicate about the agreement, manage cost limits and prevent misuse.
3. Service providers
We use providers for hosting, data storage, email delivery and payments where necessary to operate the service. We do not provide personal information to third parties for sale without consent, except when required by law.
4. Security
Operational APIs are protected with secrets and target URLs are restricted to validated public hosts. We use reasonable safeguards against unauthorized access, loss and disclosure.
5. Retention and deletion
Free-check information is kept only as long as needed for handling and records. Retention after a paid agreement ends is defined in the individual agreement. Requests for access, correction or deletion are handled after identity verification.
