REQUEST → VIABLE SESSION
Turn scattered requests into viable sessions.
People want the course, but dates and headcount do not line up. Pool the requests, match availability and form a session only when it can actually run.
In first-buyer validation. Free pilot access starts after we configure actual course details with you. Existing booking and payment stay unchanged. Square checkout is not active yet.

↓KAIKO ASSISTDates × headcount × capacity → viable session
Not just scheduling. Manage demand that has not formed a session yet.
Polling tools are useful once a group already exists. Request-based operations have a different problem: three people today may become five next week.
Pool demand
Keep availability and expiry instead of discarding unmatched requests.
Form viable groups
Use minimum headcount, capacity and candidate dates to form viable sessions.
Re-check after replies
If declines take the session below minimum, it returns to review instead of staying falsely confirmed.
GOOD FIT
Built for operations like these.
Schools & courses
Open a new class once enough learners line up.
Public training
Accept individual requests and confirm only above a minimum.
Tours & experiences
Pool small bookings until an outing can run.
Workshops & briefings
Collect interest first and create the date later.

FAQ
Before you test it
How is this different from a date poll?
A date poll ends with one event. Kaiko keeps unmatched demand so it can be combined with later requests.
Does it replace booking or payments?
No. The first deployment only supports request pooling, availability and minimum-headcount coordination.
Do I need a paid contract now?
No. One real course can be piloted for up to 30 days at no charge in exchange for one honest feedback response after use. An anonymized sample comparison is also available. Social follows and shares are optional. Square checkout is being prepared and the form does not immediately enable access.
FIRST TEST
One real course. Free for honest feedback.
Start with a free comparison of 5–20 anonymized request rows. If useful, we can configure one real course for an up-to-30-day pilot. Your feedback can be candid and critical.
